Online booking locks a specific console for a specific hour at the database level. Two people can never end up on the same bay.

Controllers are wiped down before every booking, the bays are cleared between sessions, and the floor is quiet enough to hear the game rather than the room.

The PS5 renders 3D audio per player, and on a shared TV speaker all of that is thrown away. On a headset you get the direction a car is coming from, the reload two rooms over, the crowd turning on you at the far end of the stadium. It is the cheapest upgrade in the room and it costs you nothing.

Dharwad Gaming (DG) is at Opposite Big Mishra Cafe, Jayanagar Cross, Saptapur, Dharwad, Karnataka 580001. Look for Big Mishra Cafe at Jayanagar Cross — we are directly opposite. It is a short ride from Dharwad railway station and easy to reach from Hubballi as well.
Dharwad Gaming sells 45-minute slots, not hours. One slot is ₹99 for the first player — down from ₹120 for the launch — and ₹49 for each player after that, up to four on a bay. Book two or three slots in a row and the session comes down: two slots (1h 30m) take 10% off, three (2h 15m) take 20%, so a solo player pays ₹178 for two and ₹238 for three. There is one rate because every one of our six bays is the same Premium spec: a PlayStation 5 (four bays) or an Xbox Series X (two bays) on a 43-inch 4K screen, with a free Pulse 3D wireless headset included. You pay at the center after your session.
Enter your phone number and a username on the Dharwad Gaming website, receive your access code by SMS, log in, then pick a date, a time slot and a console from the live seat map. The whole booking takes under a minute and you get a DG booking code to show at the counter.
Dharwad Gaming is open all seven days from 10:00 to 23:00 — that is 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The last bookable slot starts at 10:00 PM. Evening and weekend slots fill up first, so book ahead.
Our library has 40+ PS5 titles including EA Sports FC 25, Grand Theft Auto V, Marvel's Spider-Man 2, God of War Ragnarök, Tekken 8, Gran Turismo 7, Call of Duty, Elden Ring, WWE 2K24, Cricket 24, Rocket League, Minecraft and Fortnite. Tell us your game when you book and we will have it loaded.
Up to four players share a single bay at Dharwad Gaming. The first player pays ₹99 a slot and everyone after that ₹49, so a 2v2 in EA Sports FC or a four-player Overcooked run works out at ₹246 a slot between the four of you — about ₹62 each. One console, one screen, four DualSense controllers.

Walk-ins are welcome at Dharwad Gaming whenever a bay is free, but we cannot hold a console for you. Evenings after 6 PM and all weekend are usually full, so an online booking is the only way to guarantee your slot and your preferred console.
Yes. A Pulse 3D wireless headset comes free with every bay at Dharwad Gaming — it is included in the ₹99 slot rate, not an add-on. It is worth wearing: the PlayStation 5 renders 3D audio for each player, so on a headset you can hear which direction a car, a footstep or a reload is coming from, which a shared TV speaker throws away. We sanitise the earcups and microphone between every session, and if you would rather use your own headphones you are very welcome to — every DualSense controller has a 3.5mm jack, so your pair plugs straight into the bay.
No. Controllers, a free Pulse 3D wireless headset sanitised between sessions, and full game access on our accounts all come with the booking. Bring your own headphones if you prefer them — the DualSense has a 3.5mm jack.
You can cancel your own booking from the My Bookings page up to two hours before the slot starts, free of charge. Inside two hours, call us and we will move you to the next free slot if one is available.
